Our service

Anticipate's scope of services centers on ensuring every worker can perform at their highest level by delivering technology that is efficient and effective while being fiscally responsible and secure.

  • Providing ongoing end-user support and service management to ensure employees receive timely, reliable assistance for day-to-day technology needs.
  • Providing end-user device (laptops) lifecycle management, including provisioning, configuration, support, and secure decommissioning.
  • Selecting, implementing, and maintaining software (SaaS) and infrastructure that streamline workflows and reduce friction.
  • Configuring and managing identity, access, and security controls across the full user lifecycle to protect the organization without impeding productivity.
  • Managing internal and external compliance requirements—such as SOC 2, PCI, and internal security policy adherence—through documentation, process development, controls implementation, and regular audits.
  • Driving process improvement by utilizing AI and large language models (LLMs) to improve organizational effectiveness and reduce labor costs.
  • Building and maintaining office networking and Wi-Fi.
  • Building and maintaining physical access control, video surveillance, and environmental monitoring.
  • Supporting and optimizing conference rooms, meeting spaces, and all-hands AV environments.
  • Helping organizations manage trade-offs between business objectives, risk tolerance, and financial constraints.
  • Providing cost estimation to inform planning, budgeting, and investment decisions.
  • Managing vendor relationships on the customer’s behalf in support of all services described above.

Our model

Anticipate provides IT services under a monthly retainer model. The customer maintains an agreed retainer balance at the start of each month, from which all services are billed at the applicable hourly rates as they are delivered. Usage draws down the retainer throughout the month, and at the beginning of the following month Anticipate issues a true-up invoice equal to the prior month’s usage, restoring the retainer to its agreed balance for the new billing period.

Services are billed across four roles, ranging from support technicians to director, with current hourly rates between $100 and $250 per hour.
