Our model

We bill under a monthly retainer model. You maintain an agreed balance at the start of each month, and services draw down from that balance at the applicable hourly rate. At the start of the following month, we invoice the prior month's usage to restore the retainer to its agreed level.

Services are billed across four roles—Support, Engineer, Architect, and Director—with hourly rates between $100 and $250.

We bill to the minute, not in rounded increments. Unused retainer balances roll over. And if confidentiality requires it, our personnel can sign your NDA directly.
